How do I purchase an online training program?A complete list of AGC's Online Institute programs is found here. You can click on any of the titles to learn more about the program. After reading about the program, click on Add to Cart to finalize the purchase. If you are not already logged into AGC's site, then you will be asked to so. If you are new to AGC's site, then you will be asked to create an account. After you log in, you will be automatically sent to AGC's Bookstore where you can purchase the online training program that you added to your cart. AGC's Bookstore accepts the following major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. How do I access my online training program?After you purchase your online training program through the AGC's Bookstore, you will receive two emails. The first email serves as a purchase receipt. The second email has a link that takes you directly into the online program. We recommend that you save this link for future reference should you want to enter or re-enter the course at a later time. Does AGC offer group discounts?AGC offers group discounts for orders of 10 or more. For group purchases, AGC can also provide the supervisor with reports on the employees' progress in course and completion status. For more information on group discounts and/or the supervisor reports, contact the Professional Development Division at education@agc.org. I've forgotten my www.agc.org username and password, what do I do?Go to the Member Log in and click on "Forgot your password?" to retrieve your username and password. You will need to enter your National AGC ID number or email address used to set up your account with our site. This allows us to verify your identity, so we can protect your personal information. If you need additional assistance, please call the Membership Department at (703) 548-3118. I've misplaced the link and log in information to my online training program, what do I do?If you've misplaced the link and/or log in information for your online training program, then you will need to contact us at education@agc.org so that we can re-send this information to you. Do I have to complete my online training program in one sitting?No. You do not have to complete your online training program in one sitting. At the end of a section or a quiz, you can log out and our progress will automatically save. Is there a time restriction on completing my online training program?The OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training Programs must be completed in six months. You have three months from course completion to take the OSHA mandated survey. Only after you have completed the survey will you receive your official OSHA card in the mail. No other online training program has a time restriction. I've taken the OSHA 10 Hour Construction Outreach Training course. When will I receive my OSHA card?Upon completion of the course, you will have three months to take the OSHA mandated survey, failure to do so will result in having to re-take the course. Once you complete the OSHA survey, you will receive your official card from OSHA and the Department of Labor in the mail in 6-8 weeks. Should you need to prove completion of course before you receive your OSHA card, you can contact the outreach trainer, Mike Milsap, at mike.milsap@360training.com, to request verification of course completion. I lost my OSHA 10 Hour completion card, how do I get a replacement card?Please contact our customer support at 1-888-360-TRNG(8764). What do I receive when I complete a Hazwoper course(s)?You will receive a printable certificate upon successful completion of the Hazwoper course(s). I've completed the OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 course material why can't I take the final exam?It is possible that you have remaining time left in your course. It is required that you spend 10 hours in the course for the OSHA 10 and 30 hours in the course materials when taking the OSHA 30. Once you have exhausted the required time in the course, you will be able to take your final exam. |
