Since this conference is being planned nearly six months in advance, this session time has been reserved to allow AGC to present on a topic that may be more pressing and/or relevant during the time of the conference. For example, as developments unfold on health care reform, this session may be used to explain the ins and outs of health care reform for construction employers. If no “hot topic” is selected, this session time will be used to allow attendees to have an open discussion on the current issues facing HR professionals in the construction industry.
