How Insurance Plays a Role in Construction Risk
How has the adoption of green design in the architecture, engineering, and contracting industries affected risk management? What are the benefits of achieving green building status? Presenter will detail from a contractor's point of view the history of green contracts and what to expect in the future. Webinar includes an introduction to green buildings and the surety, traditional risk drivers for sureties, and performance guarantees in green buildings. Time will be provided for audience questions. Participants are eligible to receive 1.5 AIA LUs. Length: 90 minutes
