The AGC Labor and Employment Law Council (LELC) – a network of experienced construction labor and employment attorneys from across the nation who regularly represent local AGC chapters and member companies – is pleased to present its 27th Annual Construction Labor Law Symposium, a professional development and networking opportunity specifically for attorneys and labor relations managers.

Who Should Attend

LELC members, other attorneys who regularly represent AGC chapters or member companies in labor and employment matters (in-house or outside counsel), labor relations managers employed by AGC member contractors or AGC chapters, and AGC chapter executives are invited to attend.

While participation by seasoned attorneys has ensured a high level of discussion at past symposiums – making the event an annual standard for senior-level construction labor lawyers – the program also offers a rare educational opportunity for junior partners and senior associates to learn more about traditional labor issues in the construction industry. To help make this opportunity more accessible and to encourage returning attendees to bring such colleagues with them, a registration discount is offered for multiple registrants from the same law office.
