Registration Cancellation Policy:
A full refund of your registration fee will be grant if received in writing on or before October 2, 2009.
A refund of your registration fee, less $100, will be granted if received in writing from October 3, 2009 to October 15, 2009.
No refunds will be granted after October 16, 2009.
Hotel Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved for the 13th Annual AGC/CFMA Conference at Caesars Palace. You may call 702-731-7222 or (800) 634-6661 to place your reservation. Please identify yourself as an AGC/CFMA Conference attendee to receive the discounted group rate. The discounted room rates are $180.00/plus taxes for run-of-house rooms and $210/plus taxes for the Palace Tower (the Palace Tower is the location of all meeting space). The reservation cut-off date is Monday, September 28, 2009. The reservation cancellation policy is 72-hours prior to arrival. All reservation changes/cancellations must be made directly through the hotel.

Travel Information
