Airport Project Delivery Systems Summit

The 4th Annual Airport Project Delivery Systems Summit will build upon the previous year's program offering valuable insights to all organizations that are involved in airport construction. Summit topics will address today's most pressing airport construction issues such as the unique aspects of APDS contracting, GMAX contracting tactics, challenges and solutions for FAA grant projects, academic vs. real life approaches to choosing an APDS and emerging trends in airport construction. For those new to APDS, a half-day primer session will address the basics of project delivery terminology and the advantages and challenges of each delivery method. Some of the most progressive airport owners in the country will present their perspective on these important issues followed by moderated discussions on how to improve best practices.
