Education Excellence Award Winners - Best Practices from Chapter Winners

Learn best practices the AGC chapters that have developed innovative and collaborative training and development programs for craft workers, for executive managers, and from the instructor of the year. The craft award winner partnered with a state agency to develop a program that increases the skills and safety of highway contractors' labor and skilled-craft employees with targeted training. The project and executive management award winner designed its program is to help individuals from member firms develop an effective leadership role in their company, community, and the industry. The winner of the instructor of the year award provides training and creates new programs for a wide variety of continuing education skills.
