Registration Discounts

  • Is this your 1st time attending the AGC Building Contractors Conference? Check the appropriate box when registering online or on the registration form for a 10% discount. This offer expires December 18, 2009 and cannot be combined with the offer above.
  • Are you an employee of an owner firm? If so, your registration fee is waived. Check the appropriate box when registering online or on the registration form

Cancellation Policy

If you registered for this event but later find that you cannot attend, you may qualify for a full or partial refund of your registration fee or potentially substitute another employee of your organization, depending on the circumstances. If you cancel your registration by December 31, 2009, AGC of America will provide a full refund. Following December 31, 2009, AGC of America will charge you a $100 administrative fee but refund the remainder of your registration fee.

You may request to cancel or substitute your registration via email, fax (703-837-5403), or regular mail (Convention and Meeting Services, Associated General Contractors of America, 2300 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 400, Arlington, VA 22201). Please note that the date of any cancellation or request for a substitution will be the date on which it is received in writing.

The registration and hotel reservation deadlines are Wednesday, December 30, 2009.

San Juan's hub airport, Luis Muñoz Marín International, is a convenient destination from many cities. The Caribe Hilton is only seven miles from the airport and is easily reached by taxi. Travel from U.S. cities to Puerto Rico does not require a passport.

Room Rate: The group rate is $208 for single/double occupancy. This rate includes the 14% resort fee, which includes daily in-room coffee, newspaper, use of tennis courts, use of fitness center, beach activities (umbrellas, chairs, games), and a 15% discount at Olas Spa. Quoted rates will be offered, based on availability, between January 16 and January 27. Service charges and fees will be posted to the Individual Guest Room Portfolio.
