Cancellation PolicyIf you registered for this event but later find that you cannot attend, you may qualify for a full or partial refund of your registration fee or potentially substitute another employee of your organization, depending on the circumstances. If you cancel your registration by December 31, 2009, AGC of America will provide a full refund. Following December 31, 2009, AGC of America will charge you a $100 administrative fee but refund the remainder of your registration fee. You may request to cancel or substitute your registration via email, fax (703-837-5403), or regular mail (Convention and Meeting Services, Associated General Contractors of America, 2300 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 400, Arlington, VA 22201). Please note that the date of any cancellation or request for a substitution will be the date on which it is received in writing. Travel & DiscountsSan Juan's hub airport, Luis Muñoz Marín International, is a convenient destination from many cities. The Caribe Hilton is only seven miles from the airport and is easily reached by taxi. Travel from U.S. cities to Puerto Rico does not require a passport.
