- Ferry Boats and Ferry Terminal facilities ($60 million)
- On-the-Job Training ($20 million)
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprise bonding assistance ($20 million)
Deadlines
- Funds must be apportioned by federal agency no later than 21 days after enactment
- 50% of the funds must be obligated by the State within 120 days from apportionment of funds by the federal government
- 100% of the funds must be obligated by the State within 1 year from apportionment of funds by the federal government
