- Discretionary award based on application ($100 million)
Deadlines
- Funds remain available until September 30, 2011
- 50% of the funds must be spent within 2 years from date when funds made available to jurisdictions for obligation
- 100% of the funds must be spent within 3 years from housing agency receipt
Funds not obligated or spent by appropriate deadlines are recaptured and reallocated

- Priority given to projects that had previously applied for funding under the Lead Hazard Reduction Program Notices of Funding Availability for FY08
