Deadlines
- Funds remain available until September 30, 2011
- 75% of the funds must be committed within 1 year from housing credit agency receipt
- 75% of the funds must be spent within 2 years from housing agency receipt
- 100% of the funds must be spent within 3 years from housing agency receipt
- Funds not obligated or spent by appropriate deadlines are recaptured and reallocated
