Additional Information
- The Secretary of Labor may transfer funds deemed necessary to:
- Employment and Standards Administration
- Employee Benefits Security Administration
- Occupational Safety and Health Administration
- Employment and Training Administration
- Prior obligating any funds proposed to be transferred the Secretary shall provide Congress an operating plan describing the planned uses of each amount.
