Improve and Strengthen Our Nation’s Workforce

AGC is working to address the employment challenges employers face in the construction industry.  Ensuring a strong and skilled workforce is important for the industry and is not possible without enacting a comprehensive national immigration reform policy and reasonable and achievable health care reform among other Human Resource issues faced daily by construction contractors.

Contact your elected officials to cosponsor the Government Neutrality in Contracting Act to keep in place the well-settled patterns of labor-management relations in the construction industry and the cost-effectiveness of public works.
