Legislative Action Center

AGC is committed to addressing the legislative priorities facing the commercial construction industry and growing the construction economy. AGC’s Legislative Action Committee sets the associations legislative priorities and serves as its regulatory clearinghouse while ensuring that AGC members have a voice in drafting AGC’s policy agenda. In order to get broad feedback, we survey thousands of AGC members and use the Legislative Action Committee to prioritize feedback and solve the most vexing legislative problems facing the industry.
