Forums

AGC welcomes all members and Chapter staff who have an interest in construction issues to join our forums, which enable like-minded individuals to connect with each other, keep pace with the latest construction developments, and participate in association policymaking on topical matters. Forum membership requires no commitment to attend meetings or serve on task forces, but it ensures prompt notification of such opportunities when they arise.

Surety Bonding and Risk Management Forum

This forum provides an opportunity for risk managers, in-house lawyers and other construction executives to interact with each other and their counterparts in the surety and insurance industries. Each year, the forum sponsors two meetings exclusively for in-house professionals and a conference for not only these professionals but also the best and the brightest in the surety and insurance industries. In addition to the nuances of both bonding and insurance, these professional exchange information on contract clauses, operations and megatrends that either threaten to increase or promise to reduce construction contractors’ risk profiles.
