Shipping

AGC must ship to a physical address. No PO Boxes please. By default, all orders will be shipped Ground (5-7 business days). If you require expedited service, please select Overnight or 2nd Day delivery.

USA-Overnight & 2nd Day delivery orders received after 1 p.m. ET are processed and shipped the next business day. International orders may take longer to arrive, due to customs and shipping carriers. Returns

30-Day no risk guarantee. The 30-day period starts at the time you receive the product. If at any time during this period you wish to return your product for an account credit or to cancel the unpaid invoice (minus shipping cost), please call the AGC Distribution Center at 800-242-1767 to obtain authorization.

For AGC curriculum materials, such as Supervisory Training Program, Project Manager Development Program, Green Construction Education Program and Building Information Modeling Education Program, we'll gladly accept materials received in resalable condition for up to 30 days. However, orders received over 30-days AGC will asses a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 120-days from date of invoice and no refunds will be made on any downloadable product.
